This year, I have been traveling a lot. I coached three major teams to transition to extreme programming. All the teams were located in Canada. I loved the company and the people. It had become like a second home to me. At the same time, it provided me with an oppurtunity to work with Joshua Kerievesky, Jim Shore, Mike Hill, Phlip on these projects.
